10. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the following rights:

Do we „sell” or „share”? We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of certain analytics and behavioral-advertising cookies may be considered a „sale” or „sharing” (for cross-context behavioral advertising) under the CPRA’s broad definitions. To opt out, use the „Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” and „Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” links available on our website (or in the cookie consent banner), or email contact@aethermindai.net. We also honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required.

You may use an authorized agent to submit these requests on your behalf, subject to verification.

11. How to exercise your rights and how we verify you

To exercise any right in Sections 9 or 10, email contact@aethermindai.net or use the request mechanisms on our website. To protect your data, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting — typically by asking you to confirm information we already hold, such as the email address associated with your account, quiz, or purchase. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally one month under the GDPR and 45 days under the CCPA, each extendable where permitted). We do not charge a fee unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

12. Children’s privacy

The Services are directed to adults and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 (or under the higher age of digital consent that may apply in your country), and, consistent with US practice, not from children under 18 without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact contact@aethermindai.net and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the „Effective date” above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, except where additional consent is required by law.
