Effective date: 16 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you visit livelongtoliveforever.com and related properties, read or purchase the book Live Long to Live Forever, enroll in the First Awakening program, take the free Human Coherence Discovery quiz, or otherwise interact with the Live Long to Live Forever brand and the associated Biomastering and Live Forever Movement / Live Forever Community offerings (together, the „Services”).
Live Long to Live Forever is a health, wellness, and longevity education brand. We are not a licensed medical provider. We do not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and using the Services does not create a practitioner–patient relationship. Our content is educational and reflective in nature.

- Country of establishment: United States (State of Delaware)
- Privacy contact: contact@aethermindai.net
- General contact: contact@aethermindai.net
- EU/UK representative (where applicable under GDPR Art. 27): [EU_REPRESENTATIVE_IF_APPLICABLE]
If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your personal data, contact us at contact@aethermindai.net.
2. Categories of personal data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data, depending on how you interact with us:

| Quiz answers (sensitive / special category) | Your 15 self-reported answers to the free Human Coherence Discovery quiz and the resulting personal profile. These answers are wellness- and health-adjacent and may reveal information about your physical or mental wellbeing. | When you voluntarily complete the quiz. |
| Payment data | Billing name, transaction amount, and confirmation details for purchases such as the US$97 First Awakening program. | Collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. |

| Marketing preferences | Your consent choices, subscription status, and email/SMS engagement. | When you opt in, update preferences, or interact with our messages. |
Sensitive / special-category data. The self-reported answers you give in the Human Coherence Discovery quiz are treated by us as „special category” personal data under GDPR Art. 9 and as „sensitive personal information” under the California Privacy Rights Act („CPRA”). We only process these answers where you give your explicit, separate opt-in consent, and we use them solely to generate your quiz profile and, if you separately agree, to tailor educational content and recommendations. You are never required to take the quiz.
3. How and why we use your data (purposes and legal bases)
Under the GDPR we must have a lawful basis for each use of your personal data. The table below maps our purposes to those legal bases.
| Purpose | Data used | GDPR legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Deliver the free first chapter and other lead-magnet content you request | Identifiers, contact data | Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); or steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) |
| Provide, host, and give lifetime access to purchased programs such as First Awakening, including instant delivery via our course platform | Identifiers, contact data, payment confirmation, usage data | Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) |

| Send marketing emails/SMS about the book, programs, and community | Contact data, marketing preferences, usage data | Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); or legitimate interests in marketing to existing customers where permitted (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Process payments and prevent fraud | Payment data, identifiers | Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); legitimate interests in fraud prevention (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Operate, secure, measure, and improve the Services | Technical, cookie & usage data | Legitimate interests in running a safe, effective website (Art. 6(1)(f)); consent for non-essential cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)) |
| Comply with tax, accounting, and other legal duties, and respond to lawful requests | Identifiers, payment/transaction records | Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) |
Where we rely on consent — including for the quiz special-category data and for marketing — you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal (see Sections 9 and 10). Where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object (see Section 9).
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data for money. We share it with the following categories of service providers („processors”) who act on our instructions and only for the purposes above:
- WordPress host — website hosting and storage.
- Email service provider (ESP) — sending and managing email communications.
- Course Creator 360 — our CRM/LMS and funnel platform (built on a white-label GoHighLevel stack) that stores contact records and hosts courses, forms, checkout, and email/SMS.
- Stripe — payment processing for purchases such as the US$97 First Awakening program.
- Web analytics provider — measuring and improving site performance.
- Quiz tool — delivering the Human Coherence Discovery quiz and computing your profile.
With each processor we put in place a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) (or equivalent contractual terms) requiring them to protect your data and process it only as instructed. We may also disclose data to professional advisers, or to authorities where required by law, and to a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (subject to this policy).
5. International data transfers
Some of our processors are located in, or transfer data to, the United States and other countries outside the European Economic Area („EEA”) and the United Kingdom. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we rely on an appropriate safeguard, such as:
- an adequacy decision by the European Commission or the UK Government for the destination country; or
- the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable, plus any additional measures needed to protect your data.
You may request a copy of the relevant safeguard by contacting contact@aethermindai.net.
6. How long we keep your data (retention)
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, then delete or anonymize it. General guides:
- Account and program access data — for as long as you hold lifetime access to a purchased program, plus a reasonable period afterward.
- Quiz answers and profile — kept while your consent remains valid; deleted or anonymized when you withdraw consent or after a period of inactivity.
- Marketing contact data — until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, after which we retain a suppression record so we can honor your opt-out.
- Payment and transaction records — for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.
- Technical and analytics data — typically retained for a limited period consistent with our cookie settings.
7. Security
We maintain technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, and use of reputable processors. Payment card data is handled by Stripe under its own security standards and is not stored on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics, and (where you consent) advertising. For details of the specific cookies we use, their purposes, and how to manage your preferences, please see our Cookie Policy. You can also control non-essential cookies through our consent banner and your browser settings.
9. Your GDPR rights (EEA and UK)
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Access — obtain confirmation of, and a copy of, the data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data („right to be forgotten”) in certain circumstances.
- Restriction — ask us to limit processing in certain circumstances.
- Portability — receive certain data in a structured, machine-readable format, or have it transmitted to another controller.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
- Withdraw consent — withdraw consent (including for the quiz special-category data and for marketing) at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
- Lodge a complaint — complain to your local supervisory authority (for example, your national Data Protection Authority in the EU, or the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK). We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first via contact@aethermindai.net.
10. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the following rights:
- Right to know — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, purposes, and the categories of recipients.
- Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of „sale” or „sharing” — direct us not to „sell” or „share” your personal information as those terms are defined by the CPRA.
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information — direct us to limit use of your sensitive personal information (such as your quiz answers) to what is necessary to provide the Services.
- Right to non-discrimination — you will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.
Do we „sell” or „share”? We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of certain analytics and behavioral-advertising cookies may be considered a „sale” or „sharing” (for cross-context behavioral advertising) under the CPRA’s broad definitions. To opt out, use the „Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” and „Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” links available on our website (or in the cookie consent banner), or email contact@aethermindai.net. We also honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required.
You may use an authorized agent to submit these requests on your behalf, subject to verification.
11. How to exercise your rights and how we verify you
To exercise any right in Sections 9 or 10, email contact@aethermindai.net or use the request mechanisms on our website. To protect your data, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting — typically by asking you to confirm information we already hold, such as the email address associated with your account, quiz, or purchase. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally one month under the GDPR and 45 days under the CCPA, each extendable where permitted). We do not charge a fee unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
12. Children’s privacy
The Services are directed to adults and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 (or under the higher age of digital consent that may apply in your country), and, consistent with US practice, not from children under 18 without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact contact@aethermindai.net and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the „Effective date” above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, except where additional consent is required by law.
