This Cookie Policy explains how BioMastering™ („BioMastering”, „we”, „us”, or „our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites, including biomastering.com and, where applicable, livelongtoliveforever.com, biomastering.institute, and liveforever.community (together, the „Sites”). It describes what these technologies are, the categories we use, who provides them, how long they last, and how you can manage or withdraw your consent at any time.
BioMastering™ is an education and coaching methodology („The Science and Practice of Human Coherence”). We are not a medical provider, and nothing on the Sites is medical advice. This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains in full how we handle personal data (including the health-related answers you provide in the Human Coherence Assessment™), the legal bases we rely on, the processors we use, international data transfers, retention, and your data-subject rights.

2. What are cookies and similar technologies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit. Cookies let the site recognize your device, remember your actions and preferences over time, and understand how the site is used. „Similar technologies” work in comparable ways and include:
- Local storage and session storage — data stored by your browser to remember settings or session state.
- Pixels, tags, and web beacons — small pieces of code (for example, the Meta/Facebook Pixel or Google tags) that record that a page or email was viewed and can send information to a third-party provider.
- Software development kits (SDKs) and scripts — code embedded in a page that enables analytics or advertising features.
In this policy, we use the word „cookies” to refer to cookies and all of these similar technologies. Cookies may be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by a provider such as Google or Meta). They may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (which remain for a defined period or until you delete them).
3. Consent — non-essential cookies load only after you agree
Strictly necessary cookies are required to operate the Sites and are set without consent, because you have asked for a service that cannot be provided without them.
All non-essential cookies — including analytics (for example, Google Analytics) and marketing/advertising trackers (for example, the Meta/Facebook Pixel) — are blocked until you give your prior, opt-in consent through our consent banner. We use a consent management platform (Complianz) to present the banner, block non-essential scripts before consent, record your choices, and let you change them at any time.
Our consent banner is designed so that:
- No non-essential cookie or tracker fires before you consent;
- You can choose Accept all, Reject all, or select individual categories — rejecting is as easy as accepting;
- No boxes are pre-ticked for non-essential categories; consent is a positive action;
- Where required, we recognize the browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of „sale”/”share” for advertising cookies (see our Privacy Policy for the California „Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” and „Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” rights);
- Your consent choices are logged (with a timestamp and the policy/banner version) as proof of consent.

5. Course Creator 360 / HighLevel embedded forms and checkout
Some pages embed forms, the Human Coherence Assessment™, and checkout for our digital products — the First Awakening™ (USD $7), the APEIRON Protocol™ (USD $97), and the BioMaster Circle™ membership — which are hosted on Course Creator 360 (CC360), a white-label of GoHighLevel/HighLevel, with payments processed via Stripe. When you interact with these embedded elements, CC360/HighLevel and the payment providers may set their own cookies or similar technologies on your device — for example, to keep a session active, remember your progress in a form, provide security and fraud prevention at checkout, or maintain your cart. These cookies are governed by the respective providers’ cookie and privacy notices as well as our Privacy Policy. Because these providers are US-based, related personal data may be transferred to the United States under the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy (for example, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses, with the UK Addendum/IDTA for UK data).
6. How to manage or withdraw your consent
Your consent is not permanent — you can change or withdraw it at any time, and it is as easy to withdraw as it was to give. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew.

7. Do these cookies collect sensitive or health data?
The cookies described here are used for site operation, preferences, analytics, and marketing. The health-related answers you provide in the Human Coherence Assessment™ are collected through the assessment form (hosted on CC360/HighLevel) on the basis of your separate, explicit consent, not through analytics or marketing cookies. However, if you consent to marketing cookies, activity on assessment or checkout pages could contribute to advertising audiences. You control this through the consent banner.
